Volunteer Form
The
volunteer form is now updated and available on the website for the next two home
games. We have also post the volunteer list at the shed. This week’s game will
be played at our practice field (Barre City Elementary). Spaulding was not
available for this week.
We
have many openings and we are hoping to have each filled. However, if they are not filled prior to the
Wednesday before the game your parent repre-sentatives may be giving you a call
to try to fill in the openings.
Parent Reps
Our
parent reps have been named. Their

post these phone numbers on your refrigerators for any questions you may
have. However, your players should still call THEIR HEAD COACH if they will
not be able to attend a practice or game.
The coach’s phone numbers are at the bottom of every newsletter and on
the homepage of the website.
Game Film
This
year the 5/6 and 7/8 players have the opportunity to watch the game films (with
the coach’s comments on them) at home on their computers. We are limited to the number of emails we can
use as our distribution. Each player will have one email address as the
contact. If the player’s parents are not together, please create a joint email
address for this purpose if you would like to both see the game film. The games can be copied to a DVD from this
website also. The parent reps will gather the email address and the passwords
will all be bysa1. The website to view
the games is www.watchgamefilm.com. You log in at the top right corner (AFTER we
have entered an email address for you).
Schedules
A current schedule
for all levels of our program is available on the website. The schedules can
change. We will always give you the current week and next week’s schedules in
the weekly newsletter.

Today
Teresa Beaudin we will be distributing raffle tickets for the players to
sell. This will be the ONLY fund raiser
for our program this year. The tickets
are only $1.00 each and every cent goes back into our BYSA program. Each team in our league had something donated
so there are several very nice prizes. They are well worth the $1 contribution.
Each player is required to sell at least 20 to offset our expenses.
Teresa
will be available at the beginning of each practice to return sold tickets and
pick up more (if you would like).
